Tole, derived from the French term tole piente (painted tin), was first produced in the early 1700s and has been a decorative favorite ever since. Our Tole Wall Shelf is hand sculpted of metal with lovely leaf and floral details forming the graceful arms. An aged gold finish is hand applied to capture the look of a European antique.
